Ingredients
˚ 1 deep dish graham cracker pie crust
˚ 8 ounce package cream cheese(softened)
˚ 1/3 cup sugar
˚ 1 teaspoon lemon juice
˚ 8 ounce tub of cool whip thawed
14 14 chocolate chip cookies crushed
Directions
1. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice with stand mixer until well blended.
2. Gently fold in cool whip
3. Fold in chopped cookies
4. Spoon into crust
5. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Garnish with more cookies just prior to serving.
