Ingredients
o 1 bag torn salad greens
o 3 medium tomatoes, seeded, chopped
o 8 medium green onions, slices (1/2 cup)
o 1 ¼ cups light mayonnaise
o 1 package (1.25 ounces) Old El Paso taco seasoning
o 2 packages(9 ounces each) frozen cooked fajita seasoned chicken strips, thawed and coarsely chopped
o 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (8ounces)
o 6 ounces tortilla chips, broken if desired
Directions
o In a 13x9 in. glass baking dish layer salad greens, tomatoes, and onions. In a 1 qt. bowl mix mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix; spread over onions. Top with chicken and cheese. Cover tightly with plastic wrap
o Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
o Top individual servings with tortilla chips.
